Deb’s Mission on Harrisonburg City School Board:
Prepare.
No matter where and how our kids start in our schools, what matters is where they finish. It’s our job to make our schools the pathway that get our students ready for the rest of their lives.

For Deb, Harrisonburg is home. She moved to the Valley in the mid 1980's, started her first job and raised a family. Her son attended Keister Elementary, Thomas Harrison Middle School, and HHS.
Over the past four years serving on Harrisonburg City School Board in Harrisonburg, Virginia, Deb has demonstrated the ability to engage the community to encourage good decision-making and good government. Learn more about her impact.
